My name is Ange Beemer, and I am the founder of All One Coaching and Training Academy.

With nearly two decades of experience in personal and professional development, I’ve had the privilege of working 1:1 with diverse individuals in various stages of life and designed leadership development programs for frontline employees to C-suite leaders across North America.

From adult education and leadership training, to life coaching and holistic coaching, to art therapy and Reiki energy practices, I draw on a wide spectrum of approaches. Each one adds a unique layer, whether it’s structure and strategy, emotional and spiritual support, or creative expression for clarity and healing. Together, they create a truly whole-person perspective.

 

My work transcends traditional training by emphasizing a holistic approach that nurtures the entire person (mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually) creating a foundation for a sustainable and empowered life.

But what truly qualifies me is this: I’ve lived the burnout. I’ve lived the breakdown. And now, I live the balance. And I want the same for you.

I don’t have a Ph.D. in energy sources. I learned everything the hard way. Armed with years of experience, evidence, testimony, and research, I was ready and able to share this with you.
